Qualifications

• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulatory requirements is desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio and act as main contact for review and remediation.
• Review KYC files to ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
• Explain KYC requirements to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams and support issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records in information systems and monitor cases end-to-end.
