Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree holder preferred.
• Client-facing skills and English essential.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulatory issues.
• Analytical and autonomous work style.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
• Ability to challenge the Business Lines in cases where onboarding capacity is high.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client’s portfolio and act as the main point of contact for review and remediation.
• Use strong communication to review clients and ensure KYC files are completed per policy.
• Manage communication and updates between key stakeholders.
• Explain KYC requirements to clients/sales and provide rationale for documents requested.
• Escalate to BL when documents cannot be collected and resolve escalations.
• Maintain client-centric communication and understand KYC requirements with clients.
• Ensure proper management of KYC files and client records in information systems.
• Monitor case end-to-end and ensure completion; follow up after approvals.
• Understand processes and propose improvements or automations.
