WilliamSELECT is hiring a junior KYC assistant to support Know Your Customer and due diligence processes within a prominent global insurance firm focused on wealth management. The role emphasizes client support, AML reviews, document gathering, and maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence checks on new and existing clients to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct file reviews and Client Risk Assessments, coordinating with intermediaries and clients on CDD requirements.
• Support policy servicing and business persistency events by managing client instructions.
• Carry out AML and periodic reviews of instructions and transactions as needed.
• Gather, verify and maintain accurate client information and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and databases.
