This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 2–4 years’ experience in KYC, CDD, or AML operations to take on end-to-end responsibility for corporate client onboarding and ongoing due diligence.
Conduct KYC and CDD reviews for new corporate/SME clients, periodic reviews, and trigger events.
Prepare CDD information and public search results according to the Bank's standards.
Perform name screening for AML/CFT and sanctions alerts and document clear dispositions.
Work with Relationship Managers to collect customer information and resolve CDD queries.
Carry out enhanced due diligence on high-risk customers (e.g., PEPs, high-risk jurisdictions).
Support transaction monitoring and help prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) when needed.
Keep accurate, audit-ready records of all CDD/EDD work.
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong AML/CFT regulations (HKMA/SFC/JFIU) and internal policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years’ relevant experience in CDD/KYC or AML operations within banking or financial institutions.
Solid knowledge of Hong Kong AML/CFT regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (written and spoken).
Independent, flexible, and analytical with strong problem-solving skills and risk awareness.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Professional AML/CFT credentials (e.g., HKIB AAMLP, CAMS, ICA) are highly preferred but not essential.
