Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch is seeking an AVP-level Private Bank CLM Specialist. The role advises Front Office on AML/KYC, supports from prospecting to funding, and collaborates with AFC and other departments to ensure timely, compliant account onboarding and ongoing reviews.

The candidate should have 5+ years in banking/financial services with AML/KYC expertise, fluent in English and Cantonese, and prefers CAMS certification. Exposure to AI tools to improve productivity is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Accountancy or Business Administration.
• 5+ years in banking or financial industry, with AML/KYC focus.
• Knowledge of Source of Wealth and Know-Your-Client regulations.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
• CAMS AML certification is preferable.

Responsabilités

• Advise Front Office on AML/KYC and documentation matters.
• Check quality and completeness of client files and KYC forms.
• Set up case management teams for complex cases (RM, CLM, AFC, COO).
• Coordinate with AFC/RC for approvals and information guidance.
• Monitor, escalate issues, and share weekly MI with Relationship Manager.
• Lead account opening and KYC reviews with Front Office guidance.
• Provide expert advice on complex account structures and KYC/AML cases.
