Academic Asia UK Limited seeks a qualified Admissions Advisor/Consultant to guide families through Hong Kong's international school landscape. You will build trust, convert leads to clients, and shape our admissions service as a pioneer in this function.

The role is hands-on and requires strong sales discipline and client focus. Expect to manage a pipeline, deliver accurate guidance on curricula and timelines, and coordinate with the Shenzhen team on events and follow-up.

Qualificações

• Verifiable experience in international education admissions or education sales.
• Proven sales track record with pipeline management and closing.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Fluent Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the pipeline from lead qualification through consultation, objection handling and closing.
• Follow up with leads and event registrants, recording next steps.
• Advise families on school fit, curricula, entry requirements, assessments and timelines across HK’s international/local schools.
• Coordinate with Shenzhen office on leads, events and client follow-up.
• Plan and deliver regular seminars and webinars in HK and occasionally Shenzhen.
• Help design admissions service packages, pricing, and sales materials.
• Meet sales KPIs and maintain CRM and pipeline records.
