Job summary

Outliners Group is seeking an Admissions Counsellor in Hong Kong to advise students and families on academic and ECA planning, while coordinating milestones and timelines to support progress. Regular meetings with students and parents will be held in person or online, and meticulous records will be kept for each case.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with US/UK QS100 degrees may have an advantage. Travel to Mainland and overseas may be required, and strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Qualifications

Fresh graduate is welcome.
Degree holder from US or UK university in QS100 will have an advantage.
Sound knowledge on HK, Mainland, US and UK education systems and pathways.
Team player with good communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in advising students and families on their academic planning, ECA planning as well as personal development strategy
Help students to set different levels of goals and milestones and monitor their progress
Design and manage students’ timeline to ensure performance from students
Provide regular catch‑up meetings (both in person and online) with students and parents
Maintain good records of the cases including but not limited to completing session notes
Help in preparing and joining our marketing events
