Bloomberg L.P. is seeking a Bloomberg Customer Support Representative (Korean Speaker) in Hong Kong to assist a global client base.

You will troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, and authentication issues, support onboarding, and help clients navigate Bloomberg tools and workflows. The role emphasizes educating clients to build confidence, fostering long-term relationships, and collaborating across regions to resolve challenges.

• Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal).
