Job summary

Bloomberg Accounting Operations in Hong Kong is seeking an enthusiastic professional to join the Customer Financial Services team. You will learn Receivables, Billing and Contracts within the APAC region, handling collections and timely payments while collaborating with internal teams.

With at least 3 years in customer service and accounting operations, you will build strong client relationships, resolve pricing issues, and support disputes. Fluency in English plus an Asian language is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or accounting operations, corporate collections, and/or Accounts Receivables.
• Fluency in English and an additional Asian language such as Korean, Japanese or Mandarin.
• Ability to multi-task and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Log all collection notes in our database or the internal ticketing system.
• Manage a sizable collections portfolio and meet aging-related goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for billing and collections.
• Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements and refunds/write-offs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Installations and Billing teams to resolve issues.
• Balance customer service with risk management and compliance obligations.
