Job summary

Futu Securities in Hong Kong is seeking a content marketing professional to shape HK-focused strategies, craft engaging copy, and maintain brand consistency across channels for financial product strengths.

You will own end-to-end KOL content campaigns with local finance and investment creators, review scripts, drive compliance, and collaborate with BD to turn content into measurable user acquisition while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of marketing, media, or related field experience.
• Experience in financial services, securities, or fintech preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with Hong Kong social platforms and local audience habits.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Develop content marketing strategies based on Hong Kong's financial market landscape and local user behaviour; craft and review creative copy that effectively communicates Futu's product strengths while maintaining brand consistency.
• Own the end-to-end KOL content marketing process for local finance and investment KOLs — from creative ideation and script planning to content review and post-campaign analysis — ensuring content is engaging, compliant, and conversion-driven.
• Partner with the business development team to ensure content strategies translate into tangible acquisition results; track content performance data, identify areas for improvement, and work with the compliance team to meet local financial regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute KOL marketing campaigns by coordinating KOL resources and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time and in line with channel and business objectives.

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong and U.S. stock markets; candidates with personal investment/trading experience/options trading experience are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 2 to 5 years of work experience in marketing, media, or a related field. Candidates with content marketing experience in the financial services, securities, or fintech sectors are preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create content effortlessly in various tones and styles.
• Familiar with social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, etc.) and the content consumption habits of the Hong Kong audience; possesses basic knowledge of investing and personal finance.
• Possesses excellent cross-team communication skills, solid project management skills, and keen data insight. Quick-thinking with a keen sense for trending topics and market opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Futu (moomoo) user with in-depth product knowledge
• Hands-on experience with the algorithms and content guidelines of major Hong Kong platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, etc.)
• Experience planning medium- to large-scale marketing campaigns or promotional initiatives
