Next Innovate in Hong Kong is opening a new restaurant in 2027 and seeks a reliable Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward to keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised during busy services. You will wash dishes, operate dishwashing equipment safely, and return items to their places promptly.

The role requires punctuality, good personal hygiene, and the ability to understand work instructions in Cantonese or Mandarin; basic English is an advantage.

Formación

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen-cleaning experience; restaurant or hotel experience is an advantage.
• A responsible, punctual and dependable approach.
• The ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Careful handling of delicate tableware and kitchen equipment.
• Good personal hygiene and safe working habits.

Responsabilidades

• Wash and sanitise dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware and kitchen utensils.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and maintain its cleanliness.
• Keep washing areas, kitchen floors and designated storage areas clean and organised.
• Handle rubbish disposal and waste separation.
• Return clean items to their designated locations promptly.
• Support routine kitchen cleaning and follow hygiene and safety procedures.
