• Basic sanitation procedures knowledge.
• Ability to follow safety procedures around chemicals.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses and kitchen utensils.
• Keep dishwashing station and sinks clean and organized.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests and staff.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and food safety/sanitation procedures.
• Protect company assets by handling them responsibly.
