QE Home is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support store management and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor teammates, uphold visual standards, and assist with daily operations, including opening/closing and transactions.

You’ll stay informed on product features, promotions, and home décor lines, contributing to a welcoming environment and strong sales results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail guest service experience with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage daily store operations and assist with opening/closing.
• Commitment to guest service, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading the team and achieving store objectives.
• Serve as a role model, providing guidance and training to colleagues.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service at all times.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards to keep a welcoming store.
• Handle opening/closing, restocking, and processing transactions.
• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and support fellow staff.
• Address guest concerns and escalations with professionalism.
