Job summary

Goldwell Property Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to supervise daily cleaning across residential, commercial, and clubhouse facilities. You will conduct site inspections, develop SOPs, cleaning checklists and reporting routines, and optimize manpower deployment to ensure efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cleaning operations management in property management.
Hands-on, proactive and service-oriented with strong leadership.
Good knowledge of building operations, safety practices and cost control.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor daily cleaning operations at all properties.
Conduct site inspections to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.
Develop and implement SOPs, checklists and reporting routines.
Plan manpower, rosters and schedules for operational efficiency.
Maintain relations with clients, owners and committees.
Handle enquiries, complaints and suggestions professionally.
Coach and train frontline staff to maintain service standards.
Ensure attendance records and compliance with wage and employment laws.
Monitor performance of in-house and external cleaning service providers according to SLAs.
Ensure ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and PMSA Code of Conduct compliance.
