Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence team.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial Due Diligence reports for clients.
• Analyze historical financial performance and trends.
• Perform Quality of Earnings analysis and establish working capital benchmarks.
• Support due diligence engagements for buy- and sell-side.
• Build client relationships and mentor junior team members.
