Our client is the financial services arm of a global leader in internet services, backed by a major international brokerage group based in Hong Kong. The firm delivers advanced trading platforms, competitive pricing, and deep market liquidity in leveraged foreign exchange (FX) and bullion trading.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, entry-level Junior Sales Associate / Executive to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. This role focuses primarily on direct client acquisition via cold calling and providing day-to-day sales support to senior team members. It offers a structured pathway for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in financial markets and build a long-term sales career.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Client Acquisition: Perform cold calling, direct outreach, and lead generation to build and expand the prospective client base for FX and bullion products.

Sales Support: Provide operational and administrative assistance to senior sales executives, ensuring smooth client onboarding and prompt follow-ups.

Market Updates: Track daily FX, commodities, and global market trends to assist with basic market insights for prospects.

CRM & Pipeline Management: Diligently update customer records, call logs, and pipeline status within the company's CRM system.

Compliance & Support: Collaborate with internal operational and compliance teams to ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline preferred. Fresh graduates and early-career candidates (IANG visa holders and HK Permanent Residents) are welcome.

Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Core Competencies: Confident telephone manner, strong communication skills, self-discipline, and resilience in a target-driven sales environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office

Basic Salary:up toHKD 23,000 per month (depends on experience).

Discretionary Bonus:Attractive 2 timesperformance bonus.
