Job summary

TLP - TL and Partners in Hong Kong seeks IPO consultants (junior to senior) with a passion for corporate finance and IPO advisory. You will gain full exposure to listing and post-IPO activities, handling client inquiries and coordinating with other professionals to ensure regulatory compliance.

We welcome fresh graduates with accounting or business credentials, strong Chinese and English, and good numerical/analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Associate/Higher Diploma in accounting-related field.
At least one year of experience for senior position.
Proficiency in Chinese and English, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Computer literacy in MS Excel and MS Word.
Willing to travel and to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Full exposure in listing and post IPO activities.
Answer enquiries regarding IPO applications.
Working with other professional parties to ensure a smooth run of IPO process and full compliance.
Interacts with clients on specific jobs.
Recognizes, manages and delivers service solutions on a day-to-day basis for specific jobs.
Collect missing documents from clients / follow up with on-going cases.
Ensure client needs are met or exceeded.
Maintains on-going client relationships.
