Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years PQE, preferably trained with a mid-size international or large local law firm.
• Solid working knowledge in acting for issuers and/or sponsors in IPO projects.
• Experience in compliance matters related to listed companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage different workstreams of IPO transactions.
• Prepare listing application documents and responses to regulatory comments.
• Involve in client pitches and build client relationships.
