This role involves troubleshooting IT-related issues, performing installations and providing technical support for Microsoft Windows and Office. The ideal candidate will have a High Diploma in Computer Science, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT support experience in end-user support.
• Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows configuration.
