Qualifications

Fresh graduate with Bachelor Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Risk Management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal research skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the Group’s compliance framework and policies.
Keep track of the regulatory developments and provide compliance advice to management for decision making.
Conduct compliance risk assessments and internal audits in the Group & subsidiaries.
Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external auditors and regulators for audit works.
Assist in investigations of compliance breaches.
Supporting Ad hoc projects and other regulatory initiatives.
