Fresh and Dry Limited is bringing Montana to Hong Kong, opening in summer 2025. The role invites a skilled bartender to craft razor-sharp cocktails and guide guests through a vibrant, hospitality-forward experience.

Experience in high-volume settings and a strong mixology background are essential, with English, Cantonese, and Mandarin spoken to engage a diverse audience and maintain an energetic bar atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender in high-volume bar or restaurant (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits and cocktail trends.
• Excellent customer service and multilingual English/Cantonese/Mandarin.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
• Weekend/Public holiday availability.
• Certification in bartending or food safety is a plus.

• Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure an excellent guest experience.
