Job summary

Shanghai Foreign Service Group (Hong Kong) Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking customer service professionals to support daily operations in Hong Kong's vibrant hospitality scene, focusing on beverage service at our bar. • Assist with daily management and routine operations of the bar area.

Our client, an established international luxury brand, is seeking customer service professionals to support daily operations in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

Provide an excellent and consistent level of beverage (cocktail, wine, coffee,tea etc) service to guests

Maintaining detailed knowledge of our drinks menu and product concept, to provide expert recommendations to guests

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment behind the bar, including proper stock rotation and adherence to health and safety regulations, and cooperate smoothly with team members.

Assist with daily management and routine operations of the bar area.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
