• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Division in Hong Kong, the Bartender/Junior Bartender is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar. The Bartender/Junior Bartender reports to theOutlet Manager.

As Bartender/Junior Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Set up the daily bar counter and ensure all condiments needed for food service during the day
• Meet and greet guest in a professional manner
• Serve all food and beverage items to guests during servicing hours with a helpful and professional attitude
• Polish all silverware and glassware after cleaned by the machine
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant
