Overview

Assist to manage end-to-end delivery of the Banking System Revamp Project to ensure quality of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage end-to-end delivery of the Banking System Revamp Project to ensure quality of deliverables
• Assist to analyze the business requirements to determine the most suitable business solution
• Work closely with various stakeholders from HK and China including business users, operation team and IT team to ensure effective project communication
• Monitor the project progress to meet the project schedule and budget
• Prepare project documentation including project progress reports, meeting minutes and various management presentation materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Strong presentation, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
