Job summary

OCBC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support transformation projects focused on Finance and Compliance systems. You will work with local and group business teams to define the target operating model, gather requirements, drive functional design, and support testing and implementation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a BA in banking, strong data/system analysis, and proficiency with change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• Professional BA certification (e.g. ECF) is a plus.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in banking/financial institutions.
• Strong data and system analysis skills, change management and transformation techniques.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and validate requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system modernization and integration.
• Define data quality metrics and transformation/mapping logic.
• Support UAT, troubleshoot issues and provide implementation assistance.
