Education & Experience: Educational background in MEP Engineering (or Architectural Design), coupled with relevant work experience.

Engineering Skills: Proficient in the design and drawing review of MEP systems for hotel and residential projects, including fire protection, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), elevators, as well as electrical and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems.

Software Skills: Highly skilled in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) for MEP shop drawing development, services coordination (pipeline layout), and clash detection.

Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, capable of using both as working languages for daily operations and on-site communication.
