Time Management Services Limited in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, seeks a Product Development Manager to own the full lifecycle of fashion watch collections, driving strategies that meet brand calendars, margin targets, and quality standards.

You will combine watch manufacturing expertise with cost engineering and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, commercially viable watches, coordinating with Design, Sales, Supply Chain, and QA to hit market deadlines.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of product development experience in watches.
• Strong knowledge of watch components, movements, cases, dials, straps.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to tooling.
• Ensure alignment with brand calendar, margins, and launch deadlines.
• Oversee BOM, cost breakdowns, and value engineering to protect margins.
• Manage vendor networks, production feasibility, and lead-time execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and testing protocols.
