Job summary

MOL FSRU Terminal (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Jetty HSEQ Manager to lead the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) function across offshore jetty operations. The role requires steering policy, culture and performance improvements with frequent offshore travel (about 2 days per week).

You will ensure compliance with legal and company standards, drive incident investigations, training, and audits while partnering with regulators, contractors and internal teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in safety/engineering fields plus HK RSO certification.
Minimum 5 years in HSEQ leadership within LNG/O&G or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001, and permit-to-work systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the HSEQ function to protect people and the environment.
Drive continuous improvement of HSEQ policies and culture.
Ensure regulatory and company compliance; manage audits.
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
Provide training and develop competency across the organization.
