Job summary

Jet Aviation (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an EHS Engineer to oversee Safety, Health & Environment compliance across MRO and FBO operations, ensuring MOM WSH and environmental regulations are met and records kept audit-ready.

You will act as WSHO, lead incident investigations, manage risk assessments, and develop training programs while coordinating with HR and management, supporting a safe work culture and regulatory compliance across JSIN facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• WSHO certification under MOM preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an aviation MRO environment.
• Experience delivering training and making presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good influencing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the appointed Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) for JSIN and serve as Secretary to the JSIN Safety Committee.
• Lead investigations into workplace incidents and environmental matters; prepare reports and ensure closure of corrective actions.
• Conduct return-to-work interviews in coordination with HR.
• Maintain WSH equipment and ensure operational readiness (first aid, eyewash, showers, AEDs, etc).
• Oversee permit-to-work systems and review contractor risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver WSH and environmental training programmes and manage schedules.
