HAECO Group, headquartered in Hong Kong, invites applications for a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager based at HKIA. Reporting to the General Manager of Global Engine Support, you will lead all SHEQ activities, ensuring legal compliance, continuous improvement, and alignment with group direction across multiple facilities worldwide.

Formación

• Recognized degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Safety, Business Improvement, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality and/or Business Improvement, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Operational experience in an engine maintenance environment is an advantage.
• International experience is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Safety, Health, Environment and Quality activities across the business to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement SHEQ programs aligned with business needs and regulations.
• Lead safety audits and site inspections, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Report on SHEQ activities to the General Manager for inclusion in the MBR.
• Liaise with GSQ and GSD departments on behalf of GES.
