AFSC is seeking a Technical & Safety Manager to lead Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental services at its Hong Kong operations. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees QA, HSE policies, and training programs for all operational personnel.

The successful candidate will have at least ten years in oil-related operations, a technical or engineering background, and fluency in English and Cantonese with Mandarin working knowledge. Strong leadership and training experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years operations experience in the oil-related industry.
• Completed university/tertiary education, or relevant experience in lieu.
• Background training in engineering or a technical discipline.
• Relevant qualification/experience in health & safety management.
• Experience with a broad scope of technical problems and HSE compliance issues.

Responsabilités

• Manage and provide Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental services.
• Coordinate initiatives and development activities on quality assurance.
• Identify needs and develop training programs to improve operational effectiveness.
• Advise on operational policies, procedures, and remedies to deficiencies.
• Keep operation, quality control and HSE manuals up-to-date and conduct compliance checks.
• Develop a culture of continual improvement.
