Job summary

TEKsystems in Hong Kong is seeking an AI / Java Developer to support a Private Banking and Trust transformation. The role is split 50/50 between Java development and Agentic AI, focusing on KYC, payments and workflow automation.

You will design and deploy Agentic AI solutions, develop backend services in Java, integrate AI into a new Trust platform, and ensure governance, security and regulatory compliance in a production environment using CI/CD, cloud, and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in software development or AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents / Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience deploying production-ready, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI orchestration, REST APIs and vector databases.
• Understanding of AI security, governance and compliance.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin required.
