Job description

Responsibilities

• Setting up governance model of IT solutions
• Advising the business in gathering of systems requirements and design of application solution
• Reviewing design of application programs and design complex programs
• Advising on data conversion approach, data preparation and conversion execution
• Advising on development of testing approach, testing plan and testing execution
• Advising on development of operational documentation
• Performing complex system problem analysis
• Ensuring that IT solutions comply with standards AXA architectural frameworks and standards and Security standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or a related discipline is preferred.
• Considerate experience in a Software Engineer role in Insurance Domain.
• Over 8+ years of full life‑cycle experience in analysis, architecture, design documentation and development.
• Strong analytical capability and skills (e.g., database architecture design, business intelligence application configuration, MIS report development, etc.)
• Ability to make insightful, successful decisions.
• Competent delivering results through ownership & drive.
• The ability to think creatively and ensure services meet stakeholder needs and are fit for purpose.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
