Job summary

M800 is seeking a Telecommunications/ IT professional in Hong Kong to monitor and control IDD and VOIP services, ensuring network integrity and availability. The role includes troubleshooting faults, providing technical support to internal teams, and assisting DataCenter operations.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You will rotate to duties per capability, join a 24/7 shift schedule (3 shifts), and work as part of a collaborative team with English and Cantonese communication requirements.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates welcome.
• Qualification in related fields preferred.
• Able to work in 7x24 shifts (3 shifts).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control in the operations of IDD and VOIP services to ensure network integrity and availability.
• Troubleshoot network and customer service faults.
• Provide technical support to internal counterparts on service network operations.
• Assist in managing DataCenter operations.

Job description

• International Voice and Signaling Service Surveillance -Perform monitoring and controlling in the operations of IDDand VOIP services to ensure network integrity and availability
• International Voice and Signaling Service Assurance - Troubleshooting of network and customer service fault investigation.
• Provide technical support to internalcounterparts on controlling and monitoring the operations of service network
• Assist in managing the operations of DataCenter
• Applicants will be assigned to differentduties according to their capability and preference

Requirements:

• H.Diploma /Asso / Degree /Tertiaryholder in Telecommunications, Electronic/Information/Industrial Engineering, IT,Programming or equivalent(Fresh Graduates are also welcomed)
• Candidate with related experience will consider asEngineer
• Strong problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English & Cantonese
