Job summary

Soochow Securities (Hong Kong) Financial Holdings Limited is seeking a seasoned production support specialist to maintain and support trading and settlement systems for equity, futures, and stock options.

You will work closely with internal users and external vendors, manage system issues, run UATs, and provide training and documentation to ensure smooth operation under pressure. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in trading/system support.
• Experience with end-user and vendor coordination preferable.
• MS SQL proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line production support to internal users for equity, futures, and options trading.
• Perform system testing, implementation, maintenance, and user training.
• Collaborate with users and vendors to investigate and resolve production issues.
• Prepare documentation and technical specifications.

Job description

Provide first‑line application production support to internal users for the trading and operations of equity, futures and stock options businesses.

Perform system testing, implementation, maintenance support and user training.

Work closely with internal users and external vendors to resolve and investigate.

Production system issues, and in on-going system enhancement/bug fix /UAT.

Prepare documentation and technical specifications.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 5 years' relevant experience in trading and settlement system supporting.

Experience in using iAasia / Sharp Point And Fidessa is an added advantage.

Experience with end users and system vendors, problem solving and troubleshooting production system issue is highly preferable.

Experience in MS SQL skill.

Strong analytical mind, troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure.

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
