Job summary

Soochow Securities (Hong Kong) Financial Holdings Limited is seeking a production support specialist to assist the trading and operations of equity, futures and stock options businesses. You will provide first-line production support, perform testing, and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.

The role requires a degree in CS/IT with at least five years' experience in trading/settlement system support, and strong MS SQL skills. English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication are needed.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in trading and settlement system supporting.
• Experience in MS SQL is required.
• Experience with end users and system vendors, problem solving and troubleshooting production system issues is highly preferable.
• Experience with trading and settlement systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line application production support to internal users for trading and operations of equity, futures and stock options businesses.
• Perform system testing, implementation, maintenance support and user training.
• Work closely with internal users and external vendors to resolve and investigate production system issues and participate in ongoing system enhancements/Bug fixes/UAT.
• Prepare documentation and technical specifications.

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
