Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the Hong Kong office relocation, overseeing budgets, timelines, and IT infrastructure migrations. The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with regional teams and facilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, experience with office moves, and understanding of IT networking, AV, and end-user devices. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 office relocation or workplace transformation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, AV, end-user computing).
• Proven stakeholder management skills across senior and operational levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the Hong Kong office relocation project.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure migration (network, cabling, AV, end-user devices).
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and service delivery.
• Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels (senior leadership, regional teams, local staff, external partners).
• Facilitate regular status reporting and steering committee updates.
• Ensure minimal business disruption during the transition.
• Oversee space planning and workplace design in collaboration with facilities teams.
• Manage change management and communication plans for the move.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Allianz standards.
• Ensure project budget and cost management.
