Global Executive Consultants Limited (GlobalExec) is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead cross‑functional IT teams, drive project delivery, and ensure alignment with banking standards and risk controls. The role encompasses planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, collaborating with procurement, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects across scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, security and procurement.
• Liaising with procurement to review costs in feasibility studies and verify costs in project execution.
• Plan, document, monitor and control IT projects in alignment with objectives and standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulators and bank development standards and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive IT teams across application, infrastructure, operations, security and procurement; act as the accountable party for IT project delivery.
• Perform project management functions: preparation, planning, execution, monitoring and control.
• Collaborate with other departments' project managers on IT tasks as needed.
• Enforce system implementation following development standards, architecture directives, and security controls.
• Identify and resolve technical issues considering progress, quality and risk.
• Monitor and control IT project executions to respect scope, schedule and cost constraints.
• Prepare and review project documentation and other deliverables.
• Adhere to risk control guidelines and regulatory requirements.
