Job summary

Charterhouse Limited represents a leading financial institution delivering a comprehensive suite of corporate banking and financial services across syndicated lending, treasury solutions, transaction banking, project finance, structured finance, and advisory.

We seek an IT leader with 10–15 years of experience in IT planning, IT finance, PMO/PPM, governance and people leadership to own planning, budgeting, roadmapping and vendor governance within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

10–15 years of progressive IT planning, IT finance, PMO/PPM or related management.
Leadership experience within a bank or heavily regulated financial services environment preferred.
University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and developing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead annual IT planning, budgeting cycles, forecasting, cost control, and variance tracking.
Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and prioritise investments.
Oversee IT vendor governance, track performance, negotiate terms, and monitor service quality.
Establish management reporting frameworks, analytics, and operational KPIs.
