Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong is seeking a procurement professional to manage IT category procurement end-to-end in a dynamic, public-facing environment. You will oversee RFQ processes, prepare contracts, and coordinate with user departments and suppliers to ensure value-for-money and compliance.

The role emphasizes market research, negotiations, and supplier management. Strong English/Chinese communication and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, IT, Procurement or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of procurement experience in sizeable organizations.
• Familiarity with procurement, contracting and tendering processes.
• ERP experience (Oracle preferred) and IT/procurement knowledge are advantages.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end procurement activities for IT categories.
• Execute RFQ and tender processes, prepare PO and contracts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on complex procurement projects.
• Advise user departments and suppliers on procurement matters.
• Conduct market research, sourcing, and supplier negotiations.
• Support category and supplier management, including spend analysis.
