Job summary

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank seeks a Procurement Associate to support IT procurement and contract management within ITD. The role emphasizes end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and governance across the IT services portfolio.

The successful candidate will coordinate with IT teams, CPD, finance, and vendors, ensuring timely procurement execution, contract compliance, and data accuracy while upholding AIIB’s governance standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. Master's is a plus.
• 3–5 years in procurement, contract management, or vendor management, preferably in IT.
• Understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with ERP, contract mgmt, and project mgmt systems; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT procurement processes to streamline workflows and improve cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate end-to-end IT procurement activities including planning and PO management.
• Monitor contract lifecycle data, obligations, renewals, and vendor performance.
• Advise IT stakeholders on planning, documentation, and compliance.
• Collaborate with CPD, Controller's Office, budget team and others for governance.
