Job summary
Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) seeks a Digital Program Specialist to strengthen ITD’s strategic planning, governance, and organizational effectiveness. The role spans strategic analysis, program management, and cross-functional coordination across ITD and business units.
Responsibilities include representing ITD in Bank-wide initiatives, leading strategic ITD programs, and developing executive dashboards to provide strategic visibility of the IT portfolio.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in digital strategy, IT governance, PMO functions, business analysis, management consulting, or organizational improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, computer science, organizational development, or related; Master's preferred.
Responsibilities
- Represent ITD in Bank-wide initiatives and governance forums.
- Coordinate ITD participation in cross-functional and external initiatives to promote knowledge exchange.
- Lead or support strategic ITD initiatives and governance improvements.
- Develop executive dashboards and analytics to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with IT teams to align business priorities with digital capabilities.
- Prepare governance papers, management reports, and executive briefings.
