Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced IT governance professional to establish and maintain a global IT process framework for governance, management, and operations across a multinational organization.

The role drives process standardization, continuous improvement, and maturity development, coordinates global IT audits, aligns IT processes with ISO/NIST standards, defines KPIs, and leads IT procurement initiatives with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in IT consulting, governance, management, procurement or related roles.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
• Experience establishing governance structures, SOPs, dashboards, or reporting.
• Prefer certifications ITIL/COBIT/ISO/NIST/Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT procurement SOPs, templates, and vendor evaluation methods.
• Maintain global IT vendor and contract databases for visibility.
• Support RFP/RFQ, vendor selection, benchmarking, and negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, savings, and supplier performance improvements.
• Design and implement KLN IT knowledge management framework.
• Maintain IT knowledgebase and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate major Global IT communications and annual highlights.
• Support management presentations and awareness campaigns for governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a Global IT process framework for governance, management, and operations.
• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and maturity development across IT teams.
• Support coordinate of global IT process audits and reviews.
• Align IT processes with relevant standards (e.g. ISO, NIST) and assess the need for certification or accreditation.
• Define KPIs and governance routines to measure adoption, effectiveness, quality, and improvement progress.
• Lead strategic IT procurement initiatives
• Develop and maintain IT procurement SOPs, templates, toolkits, vendor evaluation methods, and sourcing practices.
• Maintain the global IT vendor and contract database to improve visibility of suppliers, terms, renewals, and opportunities.
• Support RFP/RFQ, vendor selection, benchmarking, negotiations, and approval preparation for major sourcing initiatives.
• Identify standardization, consolidation, savings, and supplier performance improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement the KLN IT knowledge management framework
• Maintain IT knowledgebase and communication platforms to improve transparency, reuse, and collaboration.
• Coordinate major Global IT communications, announcements newsletters, and the annual IT highlights.
• Support management presentations, stakeholder updates, and awareness campaigns for governance and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; master’s degree advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT consulting company, IT governance, IT management, procurement, process management or related functions.
• Proven experience working in multinational or matrix organizations and collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.
• Experience establishing governance structures, process frameworks, SOPs, templates, dashboards, or management reporting routines in IT organizations.
• Experience supporting IT sourcing, RFP/RFQ, vendor evaluation, commercial negotiation, contract lifecycle management, or procurement governance.
• Relevant training or certification in ITIL, COBIT, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Lean Six Sigma, project management, procurement, or vendor management is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, SharePoint/Teams-based knowledge platforms, Excel/Power BI, and management reporting tools.
• Understanding of IT service management, internal controls, audit coordination, and process maturity assessment is advantageous.
• Strong governance mindset with the ability to translate strategy into practical standards, processes, and tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions, regions, seniority levels, and cultures.
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to create executive-ready presentations, policies, SOPs, and concise management updates.
• Commercial awareness, negotiation support capability, vendor management discipline, and continuous improvement orientation.
• High integrity, collaborative attitude, and ability to work independently in a developing function.
