Job summary

CYCMOTOR seeks a capable IT Manager to lead enterprise IT operations and drive AI-powered digital transformation across global locations. You will oversee IT infrastructure, data platforms, ERP systems, and AI delivery to ensure secure, scalable operations that support growth.

Requirements include 3+ years in IT with supervisory experience, hands-on AI and data experience, ERP expertise, and strong cybersecurity knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, or related field.
3+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Hands-on AI & big data experience: data platform development, analytics projects, or AI deployments.
Strong practical knowledge of ERP systems (implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting).
Solid experience in cybersecurity, data loss prevention, and document/rights management.
Experience in cloud infrastructure, networking, and managing IT in multi-location environments.
Good command of English and Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency across global locations.
Lead data platform development, AI foundations, and governance.
Drive enterprise IT projects with R&D, manufacturing, and product teams.
Manage ERP/system implementations and optimizations across offices.
Enforce information security policies, backups, and risk controls.
Lead a small IT team, budgeting, vendor management, and training.
