CYCMOTOR is seeking an IT Manager to lead enterprise IT operations and drive AI-powered digital transformation across global sites. You will oversee IT infrastructure, data platforms, ERP systems, and application delivery while ensuring security, stability, and scalable performance to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Data Science/AI or related field.
• 3+ years IT experience with 2+ years in supervision.
• Hands-on AI and big data experience in data platform development, analytics projects, or AI deployments.
• Strong ERP knowledge: implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Cybersecurity and data loss prevention expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations across servers, networks, cloud, and databases.
• Build enterprise data platforms and AI foundations.
• Drive cross-functional digital and AI projects with R&D, manufacturing, and product teams.
• Oversee ERP and business systems implementation and optimization.
• Enforce information security policies and risk controls across locations.
• Manage a small IT team and vendor relationships.
