Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer in Hong Kong to maintain WAN/LAN/Wi‑Fi, design firewall solutions, and administer Windows and Linux servers. You will leverage VMware and manage cloud services including Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS to ensure high availability.

The role requires 3–5 years’ hands-on IT infrastructure experience, strong networking and security skills, and proactive problem solving. 5‑day workweek with medical benefits and a bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
• Solid expertise in firewall, networking, server/admin, and virtualization.
• Familiar with IT security tools, Active Directory, PowerShell, and monitoring tools.
• Project and vendor management experience is a plus.
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize WAN, LAN, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
• Design and implement firewall solutions (Fortinet, Palo Alto).
• Administer Windows and Linux servers.
• Leverage VMware to improve efficiency and availability.
• Manage cloud platforms: Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS.
• Ensure maximum uptime of email and critical IT services.
• Implement robust backup and disaster recovery (Veeam).
• Strengthen IT security with EDR, MFA, DLP, endpoint protection.
• Lead infra projects and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
