• At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or a related role.
• Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and other metrics.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
• Work with external vendors and service providers as needed.

• Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and RedHat Linux.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Holder of ITIL/ MCSE / CCNA / VCP.
• Knowledge or Certificate on Security Product (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto, ForcePoint, Carbon Black, Impreva) is a plus.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
