Job Description

• Manage the IT development and project management team and ensuring the success of project delivery and smoothness of IT operation
• Establish/Standardise IT policy and procedure to ensure robust operation of the office, drive application support process and meet the SLA and adapt to group IT standard and policy
• Manage a team of IT support to provide Help Desk to support staff on hardware/software provisioning, IT enquiries/problems, and office IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT budgets to assess technological performance and ROI
• Uplift and up-skill the team, provide coaching and mentoring
• Manage Project Management Team to coordinate with vendor, offshore resources, and vendor contact reviews.

Job Requirements

• University Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in multiple IT leadership positions
• Working experience in a MNC with matrix management style
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skill
• Good understanding of Infrastructure on Cloud technology, esp AWS and Google
• Solid experience in Agile Project Management Methodology
• Solid experience in architecture and system design methodology, ie. API Service
• Good understanding of software architecture, e.g. OOP, functional
• Able to understand business needs and transform them into technical solution
• ‘Can Do’ attitude with strong customer thinking
