Job Description

• To maintain and ensure standards for project management across the group;
• To identify and address the project risk timely, help the stakeholders and local Project Managers to deliver the project values;
• To improve the standard of project management;
• To consolidate and monitor the progress of projects and user requests, closely work with IT Project Leads, and other departments to categorize and prioritize key project items, and make sure the outstanding actions are communicated and follow up accordingly;
• To identify the project issues and risk, tactically and accurately alert the key persons; to make sure projects will projects will be delivered successfully

Job Requirements

• Practical experience for digital and IT projects in large scale of organization; such as real estate development, mall, property management, retails will be an advantage;
• Fully understand the technology project lifecycle and management methodologies;
• Able to analyst and identify gaps and initiate new mechanism to optimize the operations and communication across multiple parties / departments;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment
