Job summary

Computer And Technologies Solutions Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an HRMS Consultant/Business Analyst to gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for our HRIS product. You will conduct gap analysis and support configuration for payroll, onboarding, and compliance with Hong Kong regulations.

You will coordinate UAT, prepare scripts, document issues, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in software implementation, SaaS products, or HR/HCM systems is preferred.
• Solid understanding of HR processes including payroll, onboarding, performance management, and HK regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for the HRIS product.
• Perform gap analysis between customer needs and standard features, proposing customizations as needed.
• Configure customer instances including user roles, workflows, payroll settings, and compliance parameters for HK regulations.
• Coordinate and support UAT, including test scripts and issue documentation.
• Report defects to the internal team with clear reproduction steps and status tracking.
• Monitor issues to resolution and communicate progress to customers.
• Coordinate patch deployments and post-go-live support and handover to support teams.
• Maintain project documentation and collaborate with sales, product, development, and support.

Gather and analyze business requirements from customers during the onboarding process, translating into functional specifications for our HCM product.

Conduct gap analysis between customer needs and standard product features, proposing workable solutions or customizations where appropriate.

Perform basic system configuration and setup for customer instances, including user roles, workflows, payroll settings, and compliance parameters relevant to Hong Kong regulations (e.g., MPF, tax reporting).

Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test scripts, facilitating customer testing sessions, identifying issues, and documenting results.

Report UAT defects and issues to the internal technical/development team, providing clear descriptions, screenshots, and reproduction steps.

Track and monitor the status of reported issues through to resolution, updating customers on progress and timelines.

Arrange and coordinate patch deployments and updates to customer environments, ensuring minimal disruption and successful rollout.

Provide post-go-live support, including user training, troubleshooting basic issues, and handover to ongoing support teams.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements documents, configuration guides, and issue logs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, development, and support) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

Preferably 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in software implementation, SaaS products, or HR/HCM systems.

Solid understanding of HR processes, including payroll, employee onboarding, performance management, and Hong Kong statutory requirements (e.g., Employment Ordinance, MPF).

Hands-on experience with system configuration, requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ZenTao).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.

Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is an advantage.

Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
